Apple Butter Café at KAFD is a contemporary all-day dining destination that brings the character of a London café into Riyadh’s dynamic business district. Designed for breakfast, coffee, casual dining, meetings, and social gatherings, the space combines a warm hospitality atmosphere with a bold and recognisable visual identity.

The fit-out works covered both indoor and outdoor dining areas, integrating brick wall finishes, arched mirrors, green banquette seating, patterned flooring, woven lighting features, and distinctive red architectural accents. Lighting, mechanical systems, ceiling elements, service connections, and material finishes were carefully coordinated to create a durable and functional café environment while supporting efficient daily operations and a comfortable guest experience.
